I am unbelievably excited to go to New York with my course in the morning and have been researching and planning for weeks. New York has always just been a dream for me and I am finally getting to go! I have SO many places I want to go to and I know I won't be able to do them all but below is just a few places I hope to eventually visit whilst in New York.
Rockefeller Centre 'Top of the Rock'
The views from the top of the rock look incredible! it isn't far from our hotel so I am sure we will get the time to visit here. The empire state is also a must!
The Met Steps
Yes ill have to admit I am a massive Gossip Girl fan- who wouldn't want to see where Blair and Serena sat at lunchtime? I have heard rumours about Gossip Girl tours too so ill be keeping my eye out for them!
See a basketball game
I think this would be an incredible and unique experience. The atmosphere is supposed to be incredible.
Central Park
I feel like this just speaks for itself, who would visit New York and not visit Central Park!
See a Broadway show
I think this would be another incredible experience. I LOVE the west end shows in London so im sure I would love to see a show in New York!
5th Avenue
Shopping. Need I say much more?
The 9/11 memorial
I have always wanted to visit the 9/11 memorial, after hearing about it every year on the news it never fails to upset or shock me. I think it would be a sad visit but important to see in my opinion.
So theres just a few places I hope to visit, i'm only going for a short amount of time but i'll hopefully visit some of them! There is so many other smaller places I would like to visit but i'm sure I will update you on where I end up!
